How British can you be? If you ever go to the UK, you cannot leave without going to a pub, no matter which one you pick...I mean, I'm all about having the experience of feeling like a local. How about you?During my stay, I went to two pubs. I will write about one that I very much liked.
As you walk up Kings road, you will find that Anglesea Arms pub is located in a little street in the South Kensignton district, or South Ken, how most locals call this area. This cute pub is populated by young people - english, latins, europeans, but most importantly, it feels like a international environment.
I went during a Sunday since most of my friends go there religiously to sit on the terrace during summer, but they also end up going there other days of the week to start a night or end a night. Thats how at home they feel at this pub! Although a pub is well known for its various beers, my friends enjoy sitting in the terrace and having a bottle of rosé. The terrace outside facing the street during summer means its a place to see and be seen. You can also order descent pub-like food which is generally composed of french fries, crab cake, etc.
Hope you guys can go there and check it out. Stay tuned for more! Xx
